泡沫瀝青冷再生技術(shù)是對回收瀝青路面材料和水泥穩(wěn)定基層材料進(jìn)行再生利用。不僅能夠充分發(fā)揮舊瀝青混合料的“剩余價值”，促進(jìn)舊路面材料的循環(huán)利用，保護(hù)生態(tài)環(huán)境，減少資源浪費，同時，瀝青路面冷再生施工，也將半剛性路面結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)為半柔性結(jié)構(gòu)，延長了道路瀝青的使用壽命。

目前主要采用膨脹率和半衰期2個指標(biāo)對瀝青發(fā)泡特性進(jìn)行評價。膨脹率是指瀝青發(fā)泡膨脹時達(dá)到的體積與泡沫完全消失時的體積之比，反映泡沫瀝青的粘度大小。半衰期是指泡沫瀝青從體積降到體積的一半需要的時間，瀝青路面冷再生機(jī)，以s計，反映泡沫瀝青的穩(wěn)定性。評價瀝青發(fā)泡效果時，膨脹率和半衰期是兩個密不可分的指標(biāo)，的發(fā)泡效果應(yīng)使兩個值均比較大，而不能單獨采用一個指標(biāo)來控制。建議發(fā)泡瀝青的膨脹率≥10倍，半衰期≥8 s

At present, the foaming characteristics of asphalt are mainly evaluated using two indicators: expansion rate and half-life. The expansion rate refers to the ratio of the volume reached when the asphalt foams and expands to the volume when the foam completely disappears, reflecting the viscosity of foam asphalt. The half-life refers to the time required for foam asphalt to reduce from the volume to half of the volume. The asphalt pavement cold recycling machine, in seconds, reflects the stability of foam asphalt. When evaluating the foaming effect of asphalt, the expansion rate and half-life are two inseparable indicators. The foaming effect should be such that both values are relatively large, and cannot be controlled by a single indicator. It is recommended that the expansion rate of foamed asphalt be ≥ 10 times and the half-life be ≥ 8 seconds
